EM (Low Speed Ceiling Air Coolers)

Application:

The EM model air coolers, with a capacity range of 2.75 - 12.50 kW, are capable of satisfying small and medium refrigeration capacity requirements for commercial cold storage. EM air coolers are designed to operate at low air speeds.
The coils inside the air coolers are compact, in addition to their high-efficiency thermal performance.

Battery properties:

The air coolers are designed with an optimum tube diameter to increase efficiency. Products can be supplied with 4.20 mm and 6.00 mm fin pitches. Maximum operating pressure is 25 barg.

Bodywork:

The casing is made from galvanised sheet metal painted with white electrostatic powder to resist corrosion; in addition to its attractive appearance, it is rigid. What's more, the screw-fastened side panels and hinged drain pan can be easily removed for easy installation and maintenance.

Fan:

EM air coolers can be supplied with single-phase axial and Q-motor blower fans in diameters of Ø200, Ø250 and Ø300. The fan protection class is IP41 for Q motors and IP44 for axial fans. The fans are compatible with ERP 2015 regulations.

Heating element:

High-quality electric heating elements are placed on the battery according to the working and design conditions.
