The EK series freezer evaporators, with a capacity range of 6.00 - 115.00 kW, are used for freezing bakery products, meat and fish. Deep-freezing means that products are preserved for longer and of better quality by freezing them very quickly. The coils inside the air coolers are compact, in addition to their highly efficient thermal performance.

Freezer evaporators are designed with an optimum tube diameter to increase efficiency. Products can be supplied with 10.00 mm fin pitch.

The casing is made from galvanised sheet metal painted with Ral 9016 electrostatic powder to resist corrosion; in addition to its attractive appearance, it is rigid. What's more, the screw-fastened side panels and hinged drain tray can be easily removed for easy installation and maintenance. The freezer evaporators are designed with three different body types for different applications. The models are called EK-T, EK-K s (suction fan), EK-K b (blower fan) and EK-S. An insulated drain pan is supplied as standard for deep-freeze evaporators.

EB freezer evaporators can be supplied with three-phase fans in diameters of Ø500 and Ø630. The products can be used with suction and blower fans for different applications. The fan protection class is IP54. The fans are compatible with ERP 2015 regulations.

High-quality electric heating elements are fitted to the battery, drain pan and fans to suit working and design conditions.
