EB (Economical air coolers)

Application:

The EB series air-cooled chillers, with a capacity range of 1.00 - 50.00 kW, are able to meet small and medium refrigeration capacity requirements for commercial cold storage.

In addition, we have the EB-G range, Glycol Coolers, for water/glycol applications and use in commercial cold rooms. EB-G models can be selected using Unit Selector product selection software.

Battery properties:

EB series air coolers are designed with the optimum tube diameter for low gas charge tubes to increase efficiency. Products can be supplied with a range of fin pitches such as 4.20, 6.00 mm. Maximum operating pressure is 25 barg.

Bodywork:

The casing is made from galvanised sheet metal painted with Ral 9016 electrostatic powder to resist corrosion; in addition to its attractive appearance, it is rigid. What's more, the screw-fastened side panels and hinged drain pan can be easily removed for easy installation and maintenance.

Fan:

EB air coolers can be supplied with single-phase fans with diameters of Ø250, Ø300, Ø350, Ø400, Ø450. The protection class of the fans is IP41 for Q motors, IP44 and IP54 for axial fans. The fans are compatible with ERP 2015 regulations.

Heating element:

High-quality electric heating elements are placed on the battery and drain pan to suit the working and design conditions.
