EA (Air coolers)

Application:

The EA series air coolers, with a capacity range of 1.00 -300.00 kW, are capable of satisfying small, medium and large cooling capacity requirements. There are larger EA evaporator models with a Ø500 mm fan in the EA-HL series. In addition, EA-G and EA-HL-G are ranges of brine chillers for use with a water/glycol mixture for use in commercial and industrial cold rooms.

The coils inside the air coolers are compact, in addition to their high-efficiency thermal performance.

Battery properties:

The air coolers are designed with an optimal tube to increase efficiency. Products can be supplied with a wide range of fin pitches such as 4.20, 7.00, 10.00mm. In addition, a 6.00 and 8.00mm fin pitch can be supplied as an option. Maximum operating pressure is 25 barg.

Bodywork:

Made from galvanised sheet metal painted in RAL 9016 electrostatic powder coating to be corrosion-resistant and attractive to look at, as well as being rigid. What's more, the screw-fastened side panels and hinged drain pan can be easily removed for easy installation and maintenance.

Fan:

EA air coolers can be supplied with single-phase and three-phase fans in diameters of Ø300, Ø350, Ø400, Ø450, Ø500, Ø630, Ø800mm and Ø910mm. Blower fans can be used as an option. The fan protection classes are IP44 and IP54. The fans are ErP-compliant.

Heating element:

High-quality electric heating elements are fitted to the battery and drain pan to suit working conditions and design.
