Application:
Refrigeration systems using the gas R744 (CO2) are particularly used in cold climates. In warmer areas, transcritical systems are replaced by cascade systems where gas coolers play an important role as part of the system. Gas coolers are used to remove the heat from the R744 leaving the compressor. As a result of growing environmental awareness around the world, R744 systems are becoming more popular in supermarket refrigeration, cold storage and heat pump applications.
Battery properties:
The products are designed for maximum system pressure of 120 bar and are manufactured from copper tubes and aluminium fins. The products can be supplied with fin pitches of 2.1 mm and 2.5 mm.
Bodywork:
In addition to its aesthetic design, precise, solid construction is essential in Karyer products. The chassis of the chiller is made of durable materials and coated with Ral 9016 electrostatic powder paint.
Fan:
The chillers can be supplied with axial suction fans with diameters of Ø500 mm and Ø800 mm and IP54 protection class. The fans are compatible with ERP 2015 regulations.
