KARBOX

Application:

Karbox closed type condensing units are manufactured as a basis for manufacturers of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to form their condensing units. The units are easy to configure, assemble and maintain. Capacities range from 4 to 132 kW.

Battery properties:

The condensers are designed with an optimum tube diameter to increase efficiency. Products can be supplied with fin pitches from 2.1 mm to 2.5 mm. Maximum operating pressure is 28 barg.

Bodywork:

In order to provide the most accurate product, there are 6 different types of Karbox, designed according to compressor type, fan position, capacity and application. The specification of these models comprising types CHH, CSH, CSV, CSSA, CSSV and CSSVH can be found in the table. With the exception of CHH, all other types include only the condenser, casing and fan. Consequently, the selection of components depends on the installer's preferences.

The size of the internal division is suitable for the installation of hermetic/scroll and semi-hermetic compressors. The entire body is electrostatically powder-coated in Ral 9016.

Fan:

Fan diameters are Ø350, Ø400, Ø450, Ø500 and Ø630 mm. There are also options for low noise levels and single/three-phase fan requirements. The protection class is IP44 for Ø350, Ø400 and Ø450 mm with 6 poles and IP54 for other diameters. The fans are compatible with ERP 2015 regulations.
