Application:
Refrigeration systems using the gas R744 (CO2) are particularly used in cold climates. In warmer areas, transcritical systems are replaced by cascade systems where gas coolers play an important role as part of the system. Gas coolers are used to remove the heat from the R744 leaving the compressor. As a result of growing environmental awareness around the world, R744 systems are becoming more popular in supermarket refrigeration, cold storage and heat pump applications.
Battery properties:
The products are designed for maximum system pressure of 120 bar and are manufactured from copper tubes and aluminium fins. The products can be supplied with fin pitches of 2.1 mm and 2.5 mm.
Bodywork:
KA GC refers to vertical design and KB GC to horizontal design. The product can be purchased with this reference and the manufacture is correctly processed for vertical or horizontal use. The body frames are finished in Ral 9016 electrostatic powder paint.
Fan:
The chillers can be supplied with Ø630 mm axial suction fans with IP54 protection. The fans are compatible with ERP 2015 regulations.
