Capacity Increase with Adiabatic Cooling
To increase the dry capacity of condensers and air coolers, the latent heat of the water is used by adiabatic cooling and wetting.
In the air intake of the condenser and air coolers, the air temperature is reduced using a plastic filter (-M) and cellulose pads (-P) soaked in water, or a water jet (-S) or a mixed system (-H) (adiabatic/wet) to increase capacity. The product is coded with -M, -P, -S, -H in its nomenclature. The spray system (excluding the pump) and the buffer system (including the pump) are included.
The heat exchangers are manufactured as OEM products, taking into account the weather conditions at the installation site, the water supply and water softening plant, the installation space, the energy and the preferences for economical use.
Heat exchangers are designed with copper tubes / aluminium fins and painted galvanised sheet metal as standard. The fins can be supplied pre-coated on request.
