Atmospheric CO2 vaporiser
It gasifies the liquid CO2 in the liquid tank. Atmospheric air above 10ºC heats the heat exchanger through axial fans. The liquid in the heat exchanger tubes evaporates into gas, is partially heated and the CO2 is used in the gaseous process.
To avoid interruption of the process requirement due to frost on the heat exchanger during operation, a heat exchanger equal to half the capacity requirement is used, or a heat exchanger with twice the capacity is used in ED types. At temperatures above 5°C, air is used for defrosting.
An optional heating coil (steam; electric; hot water) is required for temperatures below 5°C.
Atmospheric CO2 vaporisers are produced with copper tubes / aluminium fins as standard. The products are designed on an OEM basis.
