Air-Cooled Compressed Air Coolers
Air-cooled compressed air coolers ensure that the hot, humid air leaving the compressor passes through the heat exchanger and is cooled with atmospheric air using a fan from the outside, and the moisture inside is condensed. This reduces the humidity of the air used in the process.
Copper tubes and aluminium fins are used in the products. Fin spacing is 2.1 mm.
Single-phase AC axial fans are used with different diameters.
Air-cooled compressed air coolers are also produced on an OEM basis according to customer requirements. They can therefore be produced to order.
Standard products are specified as BC - AC - (model number: 3,6 etc.) - (air conditioning a, b, etc.).
Air flow, pressure, inlet and outlet temperature and humidity under pressure in (gr / kg) must be specified on request.
